Property Facilities
Entertaining Areas:
Blackburn Homestead has several large indoor entertaining areas and several large outdoor areas. Indoors, there are large formal lounge and dining rooms on the lower level and another formal area on the second level.
Outdoors, there are several wrap-around verandahs, and many areas to erect marquees close to the main building, including a large grassed area which stretches between the house and the property lake.
Bedrooms:
The bedrooms in the home can accomodate guests staying overnight, with two twin bedrooms and six double rooms and several bathrooms. Linen is provided, with ample privacy between guest rooms. The accomodation quarters feature cantilevered passageways, french doors, open fireplaces and a master bedroom with walk-in robe.
Kitchen Area:
There is a large kitchen close to the entertaining areas, with a large pantry and ample cooking utensils. There is also an outdoor pizza oven. The property is on town water and has town electricity supply.
Recreation:
There are numerous recreational possibilities on the property, including a tennis court, the possibility of horse-riding and tours of the sheep station.

The main property has an undercover carport (28 SQM) space for two cars, a shed with space for two cars, and ample parking at the front of the main building for numerous cars.
